A quick chart to determine which blade to use for common projects

In Scroll Saw Woodworking & Crafts Spring 2013 (Issue 50), Bob Duncan provided an article on how to choose the best blade for a given project. Attached below is a quick reference chart to print out and keep near your saw.

Bob You know I always use smaller blades than most, "normal people" this Chart is a great start. Depending on detail and the type of wood I will push a 2/0 to 3/4 inch.

I do not sell the numbers 2, 4 and 6, they compare with the FD blades 3, 5 and 7. FD Mike

Scroll down and click on the paperclip guys!! :011[1]: Even I figured that one out. Thanks Randy. ? for Rolf, who do you keep the blade from bending if you are using a 2 or 3 for 3/4" wood? I mostly use 5,7 or 9 reverse for 90% of my cutting.

Same thing on all listed go to'es Paper clip takes me to my documents ,DUH ! Maybe it's too high tech for my dell computor to handle . You got to keep it simple for this poor old dumb country boy!! Some how the never fail Chart ,failed
