What if my issue arrives damaged?

What if I receive duplicate copies?

If you receive two or more copies of an issue, please contact our subscription customer service at 888-840-8590 or 717-560-4703. If you can, please have the mailing labels from the duplicate copies handy when you call.

Your customer number is located on your mailing label. It also can be obtained by sending an email to subscriptionhelp@scrollsawer.com. Please include your name, address and phone number in the email to ensure we can find your account.
