Default Noah's Ark in the making

I'm working on the Noah's Ark pattern and I did figure out how to get the pieces to fit right but there is a little bit of gapping there but hopefully it won't be that noticeable once it is finished. I have one more of the rings to cut and then I can start on the top part of the ark. I also have some of the animals cut out and went to Home Depot yesterday to get some wood to work with. I discovered that the wood I ordered from Ocooch won't be enough to do the ark with so I will use it to make a few bowls and maybe try to laminate since I ordered 2 different types of woods. I don't have enough of the 1/4" wood to make all of the top part of it so I may have to use some ply wood if I can find a piece large enough. We'll see how that will go. I think it will be nice once it is completed. Enjoy the pictures and any comments are more than welcome. Fay

Thank you Mike. I haven't done any sanding on it as yet except for when I did a little bit to fit the pieces right. I'm going to dry fit it together before doing any more sanding. I think it's going to look great. Looking forward to getting it done so I can show it off and get better pictures of it. Took these with my cell phone but will use my camera next time I post pictures of it. Good night Fay
