I would work on the text a little Woody. The A needs to be rotated a little more. I would also probably make the heel of the shoe touch at the bottom it looks like there is a gap. I would also get rid of the flat spots on the outer circle.
I can work on it this weekend if you need a hand with it.

The D & the A need to be rotated. Also I would attach the text on the bottom or the top. Or on top and bottom, now Leslie is half and half, doesn't look right.
