Default Country Life

Started this project a couple days ago. Country Life by Carol and Homer Bishop.
I think it says there are only 76 pieces but it sure seems like more. Debating on using stained glass for water and sky and then framing the piece - see what happens when I get closer to finishing. Should be done shaping and sanding tomorrow sometime. Anyway - thanks for looking.

Added a couple more pictures - found the sky color I wanted, added the frame - well - the frame is drying right now I just set the glass and scene in it for a real quick look and picture. I'll add the finished picture later. Thanks all for looking and the comments.

Doug

Very nicely done, Doug. This is a great pattern by Homer and Carol and you are doing a great job with it. Love all the colors you selected, especially for the trees. Looking forward to seeing the completed project.

It's going to be beautiful when it is completed. It already is. Great job.

Fantasyic looking piece Douglas. I can't wait to see it finished. Carol and Homer have some great patterns.

Thanks for all the nice comments. Getting closer. I have a frame put together, need to rabbit it out yet and finish it. I thought my glass place was open today, but alas I'll have to wait till tomorrow... Here it is with a couple coats of semi gloss lacquer. Maybe I'll be able to finish it up tomorrow...
