Default Slotted Snowman Ornament

Cut this little guy out today from a pattern I made a couple weeks ago, it's a slotted ornament. How would you finish this one? Thanks as always!

Is it already painted white, or is it the wood? I would take it apart first & then paint it. I don't do toys etc., so not sure the kind of paint you would want to use on it. Just to hang it on the tree, I would just use craft paints. It's all up to you. Looks great too, by the way. Nice pattern. Thanks for showing us.

Paint the hat and gloves and nothing else. Love the pattern.
