Works In Progress-Aug09 Here are my new projects. The Christmas schwibbogen is called “Nativity IV” and is a V. Arnold pattern I have adapted to my style of schwibbogen This is a consignment and its in my album if you want to take a look at it. The other schwibbogen is called “Snowman” and is my design from a White Tail Designs clock pattern featured in the CWC, Holiday 2008 issue. The other pattern is one I developed to use up some hardwood scraps. I have cleverly titled it “Useing Up Hardwood Scraps”. Its not intarsia, marquetry, fretwork or segmentation. Just scrolling. Don’t know what to call this type of scrolling. Maybe after I post the finished product one of you can come up with a better name for this style of scrolling and title for the piece. Yeah, I know I still have one project (the 12 Days of Christmas Schwibbogen Stand) to finish from my last Works In Progress. Its in the assemble process. I’ll get there. I am also aware its three projects this time. And, as most of you know, I like to work on more than one project simultaneously, concurrently, at the same time, and all at once not to be redundant, redundant, again, again. They will look really neat when done...almost as neat as the carpet you chose for a backer..I prefer foamies or wood, sometimes felt but I've never tried carpet before so who is to say if it works or not.... Great projects..all kidding aside.

G'day Chase, Some complicated pieces there mate, but they should look a million bucks when you finish them.
