Default Project Rudolph 2009!!!

Hi Fellow Scrollers,

It's that time of year for us again to get ornaments gathered up to send to our Service Members again this Christmas. Last year you guys were AWESOME!!! We received scrollsawn ornaments from 33 states as well as from a Scroller in Belgium who read the article about Project Rudolph in last years Holliday edition and wanted to help. A lot of you ask me to let you know if we were going to do Project Rudolph again this year, and to let you know so you could get started early. Well, it's time toget cutting , if you would like to help out again this year. We are hoping to match last year with the number of Christmas Gift bags we sent downrange as well as handed out at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, the Fisher House, Recovery Barracks, as well as those handed out at Ramstein AFB. We put togather with your help over 8000 gift bags, and over 90% of the ornaments were hand made, which the Service Members receiving them really appreciated. If you would like to see what we have done over the last 3 years you can go to www.projectrudolph.homestead.com and check it out. While there be sure to read the feedback in the guest book. If you have any questions please contact me here or my email is rca@pmt.org, and my phone #s are 208-862-3883 & 208-300-0197.

Thanks:
Ray

We sure hope you guys can help again this year, last year was awesome. If you can help out please let us know. If you send your name and address/email address we add them to your ornament so the service members can personally thank you as well. Thanks again for your fantastic response last year.

This is the only website we have set up Home . I couldn't get it to load by clicking on it but you can copy and past it to the address line on your browser and it should work fine.

Tinker.
I turned over the pdf file to the church youth organizer and I am leaving it in their hands for now.
I gave them a timeline to get the letters and bags to me the last week of Sept or 1st week of October.

I am working on getting a psa in the local paper but hitting some walls right now due to contacts being on vacation.

I'll keep you posted.
