Default cool idea

I had the idea of putting a bunch of fish in a floor. All tropical salt water fish with lots of color. And top it off with a BIG purleheart octapus in the middle of the room.

I think I would like the fish, but not so sure about the purple octopus. It might work for a family or TV room, but I don't knwo.

I've had the coral reef idea for awhile now - only in intarsia. That's going to be a pattern in my future for sure. I was lucky enough to meet a lady at an art show that has travelled all over the world visiting coral reefs and photographing them. She has been kind enough to offer permission to use any of her photos for my designs. Now all I need is time to do it!!

I think a coral reef on the floor sounds pretty neat. Guess it would have to be in the right room. You must have lots of floor area in your house!
