Yes I made the board too.. I added a 3/4" walnut border around it for character.

Thanks alot.. I had to figure out what to use for a light color and picked Aspen even though it is kinda soft..And of course Walnut my favorite..

Sweeeeet project Michael, did you make the pieces from a flat board? It doesn't look like a compound cut but I have been mistaken before.
Game board came out awesome too.
