Default Merle's Road grader is done.

Well I finally got it done. It is 27" long from Tire edge to tire edge, 11" tall, 12" wide with blade at 90 degrees. The main wood is maple, with walnut accents, the engine block and seat is Honduran mahogany. The slow moving vehicle sign (which is not in the plans, my idea) is 1/16" basswood with colonial maple stain (center) and red oak stain (edges), the only other stain is the radiator core. The tires are walnut also and are 4" diameter and 1 1/4" wide. There are several moving parts, the ripper assembly raises and lowers, the blade rotates side to side and tilts front to back, the blade assembly also tilts, the hydraulic controls in the cab move, the doors open and close and lock, the steering moves, the rear drive train assembly swivels some, and the tool box opens. All comments welcome.

G'day Merle,
What can I say ????
That is a work of art. Very precise and neat.

I'm just a little disappointed that there are no spanners or tools in the tool box LOL

Yadungood mate.
