Built mostly to plans, Cut grill from 1/8" basswood, Gas can from maple, wheels from scrap mahogany. Used finishing nails for axles. Parking lights from wooden Q-tips painted and inserted into holes. Headlights were cut out and covered with self adhesive foil, taillights came from old sinus pill packet that had a checkered pattern covered with red cellophane, cut and inserted into hole recessed with 3/16 brad point bit. Used Dremel tool put detail on gas can. Painted with forest green and dark brown. Tires were from old model car kit.

Fine jeep there. Add hidden brads to the windscreen (drill up the bottom, and into the hood), and some tempered glass (good luck finding it), and you might have something that will take a rollover and keep on going. Tor
