Default A good refence for finishing.

Not shure if this is allowed or not. If not, Bob can kill it.
I have a book by Taunton Books and Video, It is a selection of 25 years worth of tips in "Fine Woodworking Magazine. That is a magazine that is way over my head with all the fancy stuff they showcase.
But this book titled-"Finishing" is 230 pages of info on all kinds of finishes and how to use them, what is safe etc.
They also have a book on Table Saw stuff. And a "Workshop" book that is just full of tips on how to make and use Jigs ect.
I bought these books at the local grocery store for $20 each. And they are as usefull as this web site and magazine is.

See Bob I am still Loyal. LOL.
Alan.

Nope, Gee that looks like one of your books!! LOL.

I am not familliar with that book and so can not say which is better. Maybe you could send me a copy and I'll let you know. Anyway kidding aside, the picture shows the one I am yapping about. It goes into how to mix and use a whole range of finishes.
