Default Gel Varnish / Gel Stain

In looking at many sites on Intarsia, Gel Varnish seems to be the finish of choice, with a Whitening Gel Stain for those light pieces. Old Masters seems to be the choice of many. However, I can't seem to find any in the main big box (BORG-newly learned word) stores in Mississauga, Ontario. It cannot be shipped from the states. I did find Varathane Gel Stain in Natural, and my husband thought it might be the same, but it does not leave a finish. Does anyone know where I can find some?

Thanks. This is great. I will contact them tomorrow.
You are better on Google than me as I have looked a number of times and could not find any in Canada.

Hi Sergio, Thanks for the info. I just tried and no, it cannot be shipped over the border. I believe it is because it is considered flammable/combustible, so they won't let it be mailed over the border. I will try the Saskatechwan site.

I only use Bartley's. Here's their website, perhaps they can direct you to a Canadian distributor. http://www.bartleycollection.com/
