| Here is a nice Screw Thread Table: Screw Thread Tables The rule of thumb is screw size number times 0.013 + 0.060. Example: Screw size #1 would be 1 x 0.013 + 0.060 = 0.073 Diameter Example: Screw size #3 would be 3 x 0.013 + 0.060 = 0.099 Diameter Example: Screw size #5 would be 5 x 0.013 + 0.060 = 0.125 Diameter Here is a nice Nail Size Chart: http://www.senco.com/pdf/catalog/n_chart.pdf Here is another nice Nail Size Chart: http://www.sizes.com/tools/nails_wire_gauge.htm

Your welcome Jerry. I'm surprised more people are not interested in the charts. I guess not. Oh well!

Thanks for the charts Rick, They will be real handy for me. Have patterns with USA size nails/screws like 2d 4d etc etc never knew what they meant. Now I have charts. Thanks again Merlin

Handy charts! Saved them for later use. Thank you Rick! - Hopefully I'll remember that I have 'em - and where - when I need 'em... Snow down to 100 meters (~300ft) above sea level. I better get the studded winter tyres on my pickup truck before I go offroad without wanting!
