Default Scrap wood

I make alot of pens and pencils and usally end up with alot of scrap wood from the wood blanks. I have a small bag full of them with several different species of wood. They range from 1/4"x3/4"x3/4" to about 1"x3/4"x3/4". Any ideas about what I could use the wood for?

Thanks.

We know a vendor who is a bowl turner. One thing she started recently is putting all those little pieces together to make a bowl blank, then turning it. They looke really really cool. it's tedious to put them together but based on their bowls - worth the effort. I finally had to start tossing my scraps that got too small- I simply have no more room!

I heard somewhere that some people will mix the small scraps with an epoxy resin. Once it is dried they can turn more stuff from the blocks.

Here's some ideas that may get your juices flowing. I'm not advanced to that point on making pens, but some day I'll give it at try.

I've heard about gluing together pieces like that but have never tried it but I will some day. Thanks for the ideas.
