I was on another forum where the question was raised about making a black walnut cake. BTW, that's one of the best cakes you'll ever taste. Anyway, for some reason I remembered seeing pictures of jewelery made from slices of black walnuts. Slices were made across the nut. Saw that picture years ago and it stuck with me for some reason. Guess it's because there's a beautiful pattern hidden inside those. BTW, fellows, some of us of the female gender don't have to worry about that problem. LOL
