Default Looking for some materials.

I was looking through members galleries and noticed the really nice key racks John B and others have done.
John where do you get those "L" shaped hooks? I've not been able to find them locally. I have been using wooden pegs in the past for key racks but I like the looks of those much better and way better than cup hooks.

Puzzle makers where do you find the storage boxes for your puzzles, I don't want to take the time to make boxes right now, and my has informed me she has several people at church she would like to give puzzles to...but not in a baggie. LOL

She is already presupposing that I'm making more than a couple of puzzles...It is great to be in control of your own life...HUH?

I made a kitchen utensil rack using those "L" shaped hooks many years ago and if I recall correctly, I found them at Michaels. Looks like Meisel has them as well.

Thanks Bill...I don't have a Michaels near me I'll check out Meisel. Unfortunately unless I need something else then the shipping will sometimes make items cost prohibitive. Sometimes really dislike living out in the boonies until I have to go to Seattle and sit in traffic for hours.....

Hi Mike - Why don't you put a 3" deck screw in your vise and bend the "L" in it yourself. Then spray it with a little gold paint. That's how I do it! Oh BTW, this method works well with nails too!

Oh I forgot, you might need one of those 90 degree drill attachments to screw it in. Hope I helped.

G'day Mike,
I get mine from here Hardware Online-kitchen-furniture-school. I used to get them from the local hardware store, but they were a bit hit and miss on stock.
I'm sure you'll be able to find a local supplier at a much lower price. Good luck and thanks.
I had completely forgotten about my gallery
