| Jim, all my tools and even my shop has been self funded. I was about $1,500 in the red, but this trip fixed that. Will try to go to Grizzly Tools on the way home and get small lathe and a flap/drum sander.

| Alan,
Never thought I'd be this jealous, my wife would have hit me HARD with one of those boards, I have to pick up wood 2 to 3 foot at a time. That size I can sneak into my shop without her being the wiser...

| Mike you just have to learn the fine art of making some stuff for her. It might be a waste of time and money but in the long run it pays off. LOL

| Ok John, sorry, I guess I just resent the right to fart. in publeck. it is such a mans world. we just have to be prim and proper. and don't get the chance to do things like you guys do. I love tools and woodwork, and so resent , when we are segmented to the girly thing. some of us, have to do every thing. and hate it when we are second to the hard stuff. but I fogive you. your just a man. your friend Evei |

| G'day Evie,
TA
Hey I can't Fart in public either, especially with my wife near me, cause I'd get a good whack behind the ear and called a few names.
Reminds me of the line from an old country song "After all he's just a man" can't put a name to the song, but I think it was a either Tammy Wynette or Lorretta Lyn LOL
Your good mate |

| Hey Alan,
I think I'm going to quite while I'm ahead. The more I try to dig myself out of this one the deeper I go. It has just reached my bottom lip, any more and I'm a goner. |

AAAAAA Alan. I dont think you helped much. " shacked for 30 years. I mean 30 LONG LONG years" and to prove it you haven's been fishing for what Yetttt. mmm don't think that helped. does this mean, we haven't bicthed for like mmm sence you have been fishing. or ask for something since the 30 years of marriadg.
sorry little brother. but it don't cover the greef.
this is where I go to do my friendships. and shar my contrabutions. to woodworking. I sertainly don't know eveything, but then I do know somthing. and shar it all. with out bashing my hubby. Hell I even teach him somthing sometimes. I have to stop my woodworking, to go cook dinner, and wash his cloths. and clean the house. mow the yard, and even tune up my own truck.show him where the tools are, and the how toos and what nots. sorry I just hate the wife wont let me's, and the wife wont appreciate me's, us gales use woodworking as a scape gote too. and love the prosses.we have owys, and fix owys, but dont complain. who would listen anyway. for they don't matter.so what I am saying, is STOP blaiming us for your own crud. and treat us like friends, like we are, your best friends. who cairs, and stay when all eals fails. give us crittit. we deserve it. dang, ok , off my soap box, your friend Evie ![Food Smiley 004[1]](http://www.scrollsawer.com/forum/images/smilies/food-smiley-004[1].gif) |
