| Hardwood suppliers online Does anyone recommend a particular supplier for online purchasing for hardwoods? Of course I googled but with so much china & junk, it's hard to sift through... Thanks. |

| Memphis Hardwoods, is very reliable and has a great selection with reasonable prices. He sponsors scrollsaw events too, so I guess I'm extra biased in my opinion.

| I've bought from here too: Sloans Hardwood. They carry a fair selection. |

| I use Heritagewood as well. I always call my order in over the phone so I can be particular about my order. They're great to deal with and don't seem to mind accomodating my requests. I remember once a couple of pieces of basswood I had ordered had some dark streaks in them and were unsuitable for the project I was doing, and they sent me two brand new pieces, no questions asked! They didn't even want the other pieces back. I use them almost exclusively.

| I like dealing with Sloan's a lot. The direct customer care makes a big difference. If it's a larger board or piece of stock I need I go with www.exoticwoods.net.
