Hi my name is Scott, I've been scrolling for 20+ yrs and woodworking for 60. Started with building model airplanes and such. I then started to do my own designs as a pre-teen, the rest is history. I retired as a furniture refinisher for a major furniture company here in the Chicago area. This forum looks like a got one for all sawers. Scott |

Hey Scott, Welcome aboard. I just got here a few days ago myself. These guys are great. I've already had some questions answered that were important to me, (I would still like to know where I can get blue pine if anyone's listening. I now know it exists, but I've also learned that it's very hard to come by). A little about me... I've been a scroller since 1991. I started doing inlays around 1998. I've stuck mostly with the latter since then. I also like to carve, though I don't do it as often, (I'm more adept at scolling so I tend to stick to it because that feeling of accomplishment is easier to attain).
