| It's about time eh? I finally got pulled out of the basement and motivated to join here. I've follow CB Designs for some time in their trail of fame and decided it was about time to "get involved". I've been scrolling for about 3 years and designing scroll saw patterns for most of that as well. I've done vinyl signs for what seems like forever as well as digital graphic arts. It's a pleasure to be here and I hope I can contribute in a positive way.

| Welcome to our family Andy! Glad you decided to join in.
Just a heads up to you fellow scrollers, Andy does some fantastic designs, I encourage you to check out his site. And if you like Automobiles you can't beat his designs. I've done several of them. As a matter of fact one of my first attempts was of your 55 Chevy pickup.
Hope you enjoy your stay with us Andy, and visit often.

| Andy, it's great to have you with us. Whenever anyone asks how to design patterns, my standard reply is to point them towards this tutorial. Looks familiar, huh ?
You've already helped so many scrollers all over the world; it's a delight to have a true scrolling hero on board.

| Seeing the word "Eh" on this thread made me guess it had to be a new Canadian member, welcome aboard Andy.

Andy Deane 80 Art Designs | Well well well, he's here!
Welcome Andy, good to have you here. The forum is an active place, something I appreciate when it comes time to have my coffee.
I am not sure about following our "trail of fame" as you put it, we are just two women with scrollsaws and some wood. Nothing famous here. Really really. I am sure more scrollers know your work than ours, with your years of offering free patterns before you made your patterns available to them through places like "The Wooden Teddy Bear", and other such pattern catalogues. I am sure the name Andy Deane is much more famous my friend! All deserving by the way.
Your timing to join the SSWC forum is very good since Bob just began a board specifically for fretwork and portraits. I am sure you will be able to help countless members with their pattern requests and tutorials on how to use software programs to produce portraits.
I look forward to seeing your contributions.
Take care

Welcome Andy. nice to see you here - you have some great patterns on your site.
You must be not too far from my partner, Sue's folks - they're in the Leamington area.
