| Hello all I am new to ssw so I will let you all know a bit about myself I am 21 (on Dec 11) I work in Alexander, Manitoba for my family owned art buisness called Dundee Designs I spend many hours everyday behind the scroll saw (30in Excaliber) I mainly work with 16Gage Aluminum and mdf from 1/8 to 1in thick. I think cutting aliminum is the most fun. So that is a bit about me and I better get back to work. Ill get some pics of my work soon. Oh ya, thank you CanadianScroller for all your help |

| All new members are welcome here, of course, but it's particularly nice to welcome a scroller who uses metal . There don't seem to be many around.
Have you any examples of your work to show us?
Gill

| Those are pretty cool. Nice work. Welcome to the board and the Canadian Posse that seems to be taking over this site. Good thing for me I'm a double citizen, so I can flip over to whatever side wins without anyone noticing.

| Welcome from me too - and if Jeff can flip between being American or Canadian I guess I can flip between being Canadian and a Brit ..lol
Those are interesting pieces you have there - very nice. I like the mix of metal and (I assume) acrylic on that horse.
Has Dundee Designs got a website?

| Sorry we dont have a website yet but we will get to it soon you know how how things go work work work!! actualy the horse is 2 layers the top layer is all aluminum and the second layer is a print laminated on aluminum and cut out it gives a cool effect but the pics do nothing for it but the large abstracts are painted with acrylic. |

| Hi Dundee! Those are marvellous pieces, I like the abstracts very much.
What blades do you use for cutting aluminium?
