Welcome aboard Fellow Canadian.
Scrolling is an awesome hobby as I am sure you know.
There is great advice on here and it is a great place to start friendships and have them grow along with your scrolling skills.

Have fun

NovaScroller:

Welcome. I hope you enjoy your visits.

By the Way: I cannot get my tongue around the phrase:
"Nova Scotia's Novascroller"
Three times quickly without making a mistake. Maybe too much sawdust, or something.

Your handle will easy to remember.

enjoy your scrolling.

Phil

Welcome aboard. As you can see, this is a good group and you can generally find the answers to any of your questions about scrolling (and anything else) that you would care to ask. Some of us have more time on our hands than others and you will generally find us here. Makes one wonder when we actually saw anything. I have noticed a preponderance of members from Canada and Texas (at least from those I see posting). Must be caused by the weather or the fact that some of us live in the "boonies". By the way, you will be a "junior member" until you post 487,000 messages (or become a "moderator").

Red face Hi. I'm from Nova Scotia as well

I have been scrolling for a couple of years as a hobby and am always looking for new patterns to try. I mostly scroll in pine or mahogany as they are available to me. I have tried plexiglass and was happy with the results, but prefer to use wood. I mostly make things for gifts, especially Christmas ornaments. This year I am planning to make snowflakes to put on gifts as decorations.

Welcome to you too, Novascroller!
This should'a been the first message - but I got them backwards.
What sorts of things have you scrolled? What'cha got planned?
Again, Welcome.
