New to the Forum
Hello fellow scrollers, I am not new to scroll saws or wood work but this is the first time I've written to a forum. Hope this gets posted correctly. My background - I am a Canadian and live in Toronto. I have a mid sized wood working shop in the basement with most of the toys including a 22" Dewalt scroll saw. (Love it). I have produced jewelry boxes, wooden locks and the old wood cars from the 30s/40s amongst other things. I really enjoy the detail and results you get from working with scroll saws. I recently attempted my first wooden clock and, although it looks pretty enough I can't get it to run for more than a minute. I have corrected and modified it to the point I will now have to rebuild it entirely. I discovered this forum while looking for some answers regarding pendulums and escape wheels. Anyway it appears like a lot of interesting and helpful information is here. I look forward to sharing future scrolling experiences with you. Now...back to that clock. cheers.

Welcome "a-board" Skipp, sure would love to see some of your projects. We love project photos around here, not mandatory to post them, but sure appreciated.
Gives food for thought.
