Default New From the Frozen Tundra of NE Ohio

Hello from Ohio. I have used this forum as a guest to choose my basic equipment and set-up. Now that I'm ready to roll (I mean scroll), I thought it would be a good time to join the forum. It's too cold to be out in the shop so I'm heading to Hartville Hardware today

Welcome Huntin Dawg Hope you bundled up before going out in that stuff. You can have all the snow & cold that you can handle. I like it when it's 75 degrees & I can enjoy whatever I do, in the shop or outside either one. Sorry, you are freezing up there, but, it will pass, I hope. Don't spend too much at the Hardware, but, enjoy what you do spend. Take Care

Welcome to the forum from TN. I lived in MN for over 60 years, so I know about COLD. Now in TN and cold here, but not like MN.

Welcome A Board!! From chilly Montana!! We are pleased you found us.

It would be difficult to find a friendlier or more knowledgeable group on the net re: woodworking.
Share your knowledge and do not hesitate to ask questions. The only dumb question is the one that remains unasked.

You may find the stickies at the top of this forum to be very helpful.
Take a few minutes to read through them. They are chock full of great information.

Be sure and share pics of your projects. We thrive on pictures. You will find we are not a judgmental group.

Take some time to read the bylaws of the forum. We do not allow open/direct selling on the forum.

Welcome! I really like Hartville Hardware! But really dislike the checkout bill! LOL!

Thanks for the welcome. I see there's a lot of great info on the "stickies"! I already printed off the Never Fail Blade Chart to laminate and hang.
