Welcome aboard!

The nice thing about the Porter Cable saw is that it locks down in the 90 degree position!
Important if you cut puzzles like I do. I gave one to my son a few months ago to get him started.

It is a nice entry level saw and if you really get in to it, then the upgrades are numerous.
Everyone here has their own biased opinion on which saw is best - lol.

What do you think you will tackle first? And do you subscribe to this site's excellent magazine? Most folks here on the forum really look forward to the next issue.

Welcome to the forum and the fun hobby. I have a PC and a Hawk saw. I started with the PC and still keep it for backup. A great saw!
