Default Hello from Maine

Hello all. Just got my 1st scrollsaw this weekend form a friend of mine. It is a dremel and I am looking forward to learning how to use it. I am sure I will be doing a lot of reading here.

I am a 46 year old father of 3 living close to Bangor Maine. My father was a wildlife woodcarver for 60+ years of his life. I am not even close to having any skill at woodworking like he had before he passed but I am trying. I also have a woodmaster planer molder, Ridgid table saw, Ridgid 15" planer and a Ridgid jointer.

Looking forward to the forum! Hope everybody has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

The Dremel is a good Scroll Saw. I have one as my back up. Make sure you secure it so it wont vibrate but other than that you should be good.
