Good afternoonn, I am just now starting to get into scrolling, in fact I don't have a scroll saw yet. Been doing woodwork for a few years and thought I would try this for a while.

Welcome! I think you will like it. I am new too and I was not so sure and a bit nervous about the initial investment... but the amount of 'entertainment' time with the hours I have already spent has been well worth it. -brad |

RJweb, make sure when you get a saw that it will take pin-less blades. After you get the saw make sure you have good tension on the blade. The blade should not move sideways more than 1/4". Have good speed, if not you might push too hard into the blade and the blade might start cutting with a bevel. Have slow feed rate. You can always email me if you have more questions. FD Mike
