Hi, I have been woodworking for about 10 years now concentrating more on home projects like book shelves, cupboards, etc. Built a kitchen for a second home about 3 years ago. However, in the last year or so, could not really find the time to work on any projects. My wife, who loves craft projects, bought a Dremel Scroll Saw about 3 years ago and it has been sitting in our store room only having been used once to cut some decorative leaves from copper. Anyway, picked up some SSW and a few other scroll saw magazines that I had on my bookshelf recently and really started to pay some attention!!! Watched some of Steve Goods videos on YouTube and cut out my son's name on Wednesday - loved it. Have decided that this will a great hobby for me as working with smaller pieces of work appeals to me a bit more. Am planning to cut (sorry scroll |

Hi Siric and welcome to the most friendly forum around. There is a huge amount of talent and information available to see and use. How is the hurricane season treating you? Best of luck there. Cheers, Rhys |

Lots of friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful folks hang around here. Do post your projects and don't hesitate to ask questions, as we all started off at some point in time.
