Default New guy from Indiana

Hello everyone! I'm new to this site and have been scrolling for two years. I came across scrolling by accident. I had been wanting to do some sort of woodworking but wasn't sure what. I don't have a lot of room for furniture or cabinet making. I met a gentlemen through my day job who liked to make sawdust and we developed a friendship. His son bought him a subscription to a scrollsaw magazine but he had no interest in it so he gave them to me. At that time I had no idea what scrollsawing was and as I looked through the magazine I thought to myself, "I think I would enjoy this", and have been hooked ever since. That's my little story.

From Muncie, I offer a great big welcome. Newcomers are required to provide doughnuts and coffee for those with more than 1,000 posts and before Wood Dog gets here, I will tell you we love pictures and pictures provide the proof the cutting really occurred.
