Smile One of the new kids on the block

Hi, everyone. I have been interested in scroll sawing for a long time, but never pursued it seriously. I took two courses a couple of years ago and really enjoyed the experiences, but I wasn`t ready to make the commitment. This summer I got the bug and have now purchased a scroll saw. My husband has been a woodworker all his life (not in scroll sawing, though), so I am lucky enough to have access to just about every necessary material and tool I need. I look forward to reading about others`experiences, triumphs and difficulties, and sharing and learning from all of you.

Thanks Wood-n-things, Wood Dog and Marshall for your kind welcomes. This really does seem like a great site. I have a DW788 scroll saw too, Marshall, and I really love it. I am improving everyday and I really enjoy scrolling. I know I have joined a group of people who share my passion (which is growing everyday).
