Welcome. This pattern isnt free, but its indeed a great one. Scroll saw tutorial for the fretwork pattern of The Eiffel Tower wooden model If its something you truly want to build, save up until you can afford the pattern, dont just not ever do it because the pattern isnt free.Remember the pattern designers put a lot of work into these designs, and like everyone else, they need to put food on the table too.
