Hello From New Member - Scroll Saw Woodworking & Crafts Message Board

Just wanted to say hi. My name is Bob. This seems to be a great site & message board.
I am pretty new to scroll sawing. I bought a 16 inch Ridgid Model ss1650 about 10 years ago, played with it about 2 weeks then changed jobs. My new job required me to be away from home quite often so it set in my shop covered since then. After retiring last month I started to run out of things to keep me busy, so I drug out the saw and now I have become quite addicted. I just come in long enough to eat then right back to the saw. If practice really makes perfect then I might have a chance.

Welcome Bob. Youve already found how addictive scrolling is, and now youve found a great place to ask questions, share your experiences,post your work, and make lots of friends. Welcome!

yes ,scrolling can be very addictive,and it can keep you busy,
you definetly found the right spot,here.
people are so friendly,and offer loads of advice and tips.
do post some pictures,of some of your work.
