Pam:
Welcome to our little table. There is always room around our table for one more. Here at the table, we offer tips, suggestions and a little humor. We are always gentle to the newbies--it's the old timers we ride like a rented mule. (Oh yeah, newbies have to bring the doughnuts--moderators are responsible for the coffee)
If you haven't already, take a look around at some of the stuff, especially in the "Beginners Scroll Saw" and "General Scroll Saw" headings and you'll find a trove of information. I joined last summer and by listening to what the folks on here talked about and did, I grew by leaps and bounds in the year.

Big Welcome, Pam!

Jim summed it up well. Just pull up a chair. You can sit beside me, if you like. :-)

Feel free to jumpt into the conversations and to share pix, if you have them. We love to look at everyones work, regardless of skill level. They're all good work in our book.

G'day from down under, I was born and raised in Wales but have lived in New South Wales, Australia since 1982. I am old but not that wise, and have recently taken up woodcarving (Welsh lovespoons) and have bought a scroll saw to aid my carving.
I must admit to enjoying scrolling the saw!
Regards Dai.

Welcome Dai and G'day to you, mate.

Go ahead and pull up a chair, too. Folks from across the big water are always welcome here.
