Default Introduction

Hi everybody
My name is Georges from Hagen in Luxembourg, Europe. As a boy I used to scroll with a handsaw, but one year ago I bought an electrical one, european manufacture. Since that time I scroll every day and it has become a real passion. Working in an office 8 hours a day, I look forward to next March when I will take an early retirement and the change from the office to the workshop will be very easy.
I'm very happy to be now officially part of this wonderfull world of scrolling and hope to make a lot of friends in the whole world.
Very best regards
George(it's George, but written in French)

Welcome to the group George!

Scrolling can definitely become an addiction. I don't blame you for wanting to exchange the office situation for the workshop.

Take care
Toni

I hope you speak French. I may be showing my ignorance but isn't Luxembourg in Germany?

Welcome to the forum George . Looks like time for a geography lesson. There are a couple of German sites which supply patterns . You may be familiar with this one va-holzkunst - Home .
Enjoy yourself .

Oh Pete
you disappoint me. Of course Luxembourg is not, has never been and will never be a part of Germany.
Biensur je parle français, ich spreche deutsch an lëtzebuergesch.
Have a look at the actual G20 meeting here in Europe and you will see that according to other nations we are a tax paradise which is ofcourse not true (want to see my tax declaration)
Thanks anyway for your message and all the others. I think I will spend now more time on my PC than in my workshop

best regards
Georges

Roger, I know holzkunst, but actually I use pattern from Steve Good, Sue Mey and Diana Thompson. Her flowers are a must.

I speak a little French because I was born in Vermont, USA near the Canadian boarder. And some Mexican/Spanish. My wife is from Mexico. but my langage of choice is English. So please forgive me if I say something bad by mistake.
