Hello list, I am new to carving, having done about four simple characture pieces. I would like to know more about chip as well as relief carving. (wife keeps buying me equipment !) I have done quite a bit of wood intarsia and being retired now, I have time to spend. Looking forward to learning more. |

Hiya Leo, I am a carver too mostly wood spirits, other whimsical caricatures and welsh love spoons I am also a newbie at scroll sawing there is a lot of great people and talent here so jump right in with both feet and ask questions or share any tips and tricks you may have ... oh and by the wy we love Pics. so don't be afraid to post some of your things.
