Default Hi to all from buffer222

Hello !
This is my first ever message to the group.
About me : I am 73 years young ,but gradually losing energy.
Was successively , a metal tradesman. (Known here as a Mechanical fitter ), a Marine Engineer (until the family came along), a Manual Arts teacher(at an Agricultural college) A Trades lecturer in TAFE, a volunteer English teacher in Thailand and China . Currently doing volunteer work at a local musuem and a Men's Shed which is being set up in our Shire.
Decided when I retired , that after 25 years of working in metal , I would try something new and took up wood turning. From there to toys (8grandchildren)' Intarsia and latterly Scrollsawing.
Through a friend I was able to get photos processed and cut two portraits Stressful , but satisfying. Learned a number of things not to do . I am excited with the possibilities in this new skill. Thanks to those who helped with the patterns.

Currently seeking assistace with three patterns : Grandsons Ethan, Steve and Ben. Offers anyone ?
Regards , Terry

Welcome to the forum Terry.......I don't know diddly squat about helping anyone or myself with making a pattern, but there sure are some real pro's around here who I'm sure will chime in soon. Hope you come back often, we love new members here. More to learn from, share with, and just have fun scrolling.
