Default Transplant from ASFP

Hello, I'm a transplant from ASFP and a long time subscriber of Scrollsaw Woodworking and Craft magazine. Surprisingly I didn't even know this site existed until now. I guess I only get the magazine for the pictures

It's nice to have a site to use as a resource for projects. I was wondering if any of the other transplants know if it is possible to search past postings on the ASFP site. I am looking for some patterns I requested awhile ago. My computer was stolen awhile ago and I lost my collection of patterns. Some of them were photos turned to patterns and I really hate to lose them.

Thanks to this forum for taking us in. I can tell this will be a valued resource for me, and I will contribute where I can.

Welcome to the group Scrolldown.
We have a lot of "transplants" from AFSP so I'm sure you'll find some familiar faces/names.

Take care
Toni

Welcome to our great scrolling group. There is a search feature on the top.
I hope that you get back most of your patterns. I always make a cd as a backup.

Scrolldown,
Do you remember who made patterns for you? What is your msn nick? Depending on how long ago it was I know I don't keep special requests too long. We have a pattern request area it may be your only option.
Welcome

Bro-Cam,
This thread should help you find your way a bit. You just have to get used to the categories being in the middle of the page vs. the left hand side. I actually far prefer this format and the functionality offered vs. MSN. Of course, the fact that there's no gremlins to deal with and the fact that you can actually see attachments and pics all the time takes some getting used to, hehehehe.
Also, be sure to check out the rest of the FAQ and of course if you need any help at all just give me or one of the other mods a shout.
