Gary,
First, welcome aboard.
To answer your questions:
Regarding tools for sale. We generally do not allow these types of posts.
Regarding posting finished work for sale. Nope, there's no place on here for those types of posts. You might check out Etsy :: Your place to buy and sell all things handmade for online sales of finished work.

Welcome to the group garycassie.

Hope you find your way around the boards and have a wonderful time making some new friends. Jedi already answered your question so it's all fun for you now!

I look forward to your contributions.

Take care

Welcome aboard. Although there really isnt a place to post tools for sale in here, I'm kind of curious, what tools do you have in mind to sell anyways? And I dont really know how much luck you would have selling scrolled projects on this forum as many of us do the same types of projects. A few members in here do use Etsy, and I think they have pretty good thoughts on their etsy experiences.
