Hello, I have been scrolling now for about 5 years. I am retired and was looking for something to keep me busy and decided it was this.I attempt yo do most all types of scrolling nad do not have a lot of tools to do the work. I normally do craft shows and some church sales in my local community and sell some of my works.I live in south Florida and have some problems getting good wood eo work with.I am on a restricted budget and will not spend a lot of money for products or patterns.Hope to be able to communicate with fellow scrollers and exchange ideas and patterns.

Welcome dbowstrike1. Would love to see some of your work. Being a frugal shopper (ok I am cheap)now retired and on a fixed income. I have found some excellent finds in cabinet shop dumpsters. Lots of oak, cherry and maple and birch ply. I was lucky enough to find some spanish cedar at the music store. I don't mind diving in dumpsters. Would love to hear if you have pattern ideas, all designers get to spark their creativity. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
