| Hello everyone. Sure is great hearing from each of you. Kerry nf, I had the gastric bypass surgery last nov. 27 in Dallas. It has been a great journey and a great second chance at life. I used to be limited to a wheel chair most of the time now I can get around a lot better to say the least. I weigh less now than I did when I went on active duty in the service in 64. If I get down to 195 I will weigh what I did when in the 7th. grade. What is amazing about that is that I was 6' 2" in the 7th. grade and everyone else was short like they were suppose to be, I wanted to play football so bad but my Dad wouldn't let me cause he was afraid I would get hurt....I asked him "who could hurt me? I worry that I would hurt someone else....LOL Long story short he won out and me and football never happed. No problem though now looking back. Just funny to me.
What is everyone working on? Kevin how have you been. Do we still post new patterns here? Need to check out what all we can do and how do we do it. I have started reading some of the post and there is so many folks here that are so talented. Makes me feel like a newbie again...that's great.
