| I made it to the party!! I've moved over from "the other site". Enjoyed it tremendously. Sad to lose it but what a great site this is! I've been scrolling for about 3-4 years and I'm addicted. I've now addicted my 18 year old son, also. I can't wait to see what Nov 17 brings. I do better scrolling than I do on computers and was intimidated to post but I really enjoy your communications and would like to join your party now.
Now I have to clean my shop or my wife will burn it down. See you all again.

| Welcome aboard, Scott.
Folks here are pretty friendly and very helpful so don't be intimidated!
I look forward to seeing what you and your son make. Do you team up on projects or do things separately? Collaborate or compete?
Good luck getting your shop into shape. I should do that too, but there too many fun things in there to get distracted by!

| Thanks for the welcome Rob You're right about the distractions. I want to scroll, the wife wants me to organize. My son right now is a newbe but he's really starting to get good. He was watching me scroll one day and I told him I follow the lines and make dust. Came home the next day, he had out my old Delta and had his first project done. So for his birthday so we got him a Dremel scroll saw. And he loves it. Gotta go talk to you all later. |

| Scott,
Good for you we can always use a new scroller in our midst.
However, you are aware their are laws about getting others addicted? ROFL

| Who me? Stick around and you will hear about cast iron frypans. As a stay at home dad I did nearly all the cooking and cleaning etc. I raised my own kids and also about 50 foster kids. So my joking around is easily turned on myself.
And don't worry I can allready hear Evie comming.
