| ...and another new member hello fellow scroll saw'ers
I've just joined what looks like an interseting forum. Im from the UK & i'm relatively new to wood working and a beginner to scroll sawing! I have a chronic pain condition which limits my time that I can do most things but I have chosen scroll sawing as its not too physical to do!!
I have on order Axminster's AWFS18 - just waiting for delivery. It looks like a good machine for the price.
I have been looking into blade types. Blimey! need to do more research on this one! there seems to be a whole virety available....
Cheers for now............. |

| Big Hello from Dallas. Welcome aboard. You will soon be addicted to saw dust like the rest of us here. But hey it's great.

| Hi. Maxster. I have same saw as you for the last two years and find that as long as set it up correctly , Blades - well as for blade suppliers try Hobbies of Dereham for Olson saw blades-You've to find that loads patterns in SWW . also info about scroll saw cutting in a John Nelson article in 2003 check it out, Scroll saw handbook by Pat Speilman is really worth it for the golden answers. ------------------------------WOODHANTS - Making wood chips |

Welcome to the site. The people here are very friendly with good advise. When it comes to blades, everyone has their one preference.

| Welcome Maxster!
I just joined a few days ago, and the people here are really great. Lots of tips, and helping each other out. If the world worked out that way, it would be a much better place!
