I have been carving for only a few month and went and purchased a Sears 14'' bandsaw to make some cutouts for my carving and I stumbled unto this site from your sister site Woodcarving Illustrated.......

Well now i'm in a dilema because now I have to find time in the day for two hobbies and work seem to always get in the way.

I have not started a scrolling project yet but did order some thin wood for my first project and am looking to purchase some new "pinless" blades( I have read quite alot about blades on this site).

I must say I kinda regret finding these two sites because I am obsess about these two new hobbies and I can't get them out of my head.

Welcome aboard simplyme. I don't do any carving so I can't attest to that part of woodworking but the scrolling I can. I expect when you get in to it you'll favor the scrolling. I don't want to make any carvers mad here. I respect what you do very much. I just don't have that talent. Again, welcome, and show us some pictures of you work. David
