| Welcome, fEZ!
Wow, you got me there on your hometown. I had to do a Google Map to find Constantine in Algeria.
It is a good day when I get to learn something. I today learned where you live. Thanks. May you find all the wood for scrolling you want to use.

We still are here as you can guess (Constantine was founded around 200 BC...) !
Thanks for the welcome and the wishes. Quote:

| Greetings from Indiana. With all the other countries represented on this forum, you will be right at home. A few pictures of Algerian scroll saw projects would be nice in the future.
You will find a giving and teaching society on this board--far more than other hobby boards I subscribe to.

| Welcome fEZ. I'm impressed by the elegance of all the projects on your blog, but I must say I particularly like what you've done with the table tennis bat.

| Welcome to a great site. That cork is like nothing we see here. We just see it in sheets glued together. I also like your Olive paddle that is a verl elegent pattern.

Alan. | Hi Allan,
A great Site indeed!
Cork Oak is widespread in North Africa as much as it is in the Mediterranean and some other parts of the world.
The bark itself is very fun to work on, but as you can see, can be very irregular thickness-wise.
Thanks for visiting my blog, be my guest anytime and help yourself with the patterns if convenient.
Best Wishes,
fEZ. |

| G'day fEZ,
Welcome to the board mate.
I just had a look at your site and you have some great work there.
I was going to place pointer on the 'FEEDIT" map for Kalgoorlie, but couldn't work out how.
I'm sure you will become a valuable member of this forum. |
