Ron,
I'd say you've got a pretty good jump start there.

Stick around, the folks here are helpful, knowledgeable and a fun group to chat with.

OK, I can only vote good, or fair? Not fairly good? or very good? So I guess Ill just vote good, is good good enough though? How I came up with that vote.... 85% of my decision is from photo#3.Although it looks like a relatively simple piece, unlike the others, where you could have fudged up the cutting royally and nobody would know any better, on photo #3, where symmetry is required Id say you are doing very good.Like, if the girls hair isnt exactly as planned, nobody would know, but if one of the doves in photo #3 looked more like a duck, or one of the flowers was lopsided accidently, it would totally ruin the look of the whole project. And, in photo #5, the dog looks magnificant, and even if you did venture off your intended path a few times while cutting it, the end result is a great looking piece of art. Keep it up, I think your doing great!

Hello Ron, If you have only been scrolling for a few weeks, you are a pretty fast learner. Nice cutting. This is the place you can feel free to ask all the questions you can think of. Don't ever think they are dumb questions...we have all asked them from time to time...that's how we learn more.

I voted "fair" well ok just kidding, I didn't. First off welcome to the board. This is a great place to learn and to share. You started off right by showing us some pictures, around here people start to bug you quick if you don't show off a bit Your cutting looks pretty darn good to me for a newbie, I'm impressed. Hope to see you around and keep cutting!
