I have been working with wood in various ways for many years but just decided to try scroll sawing a couple years ago.

I started out with the Quarter Coin Map from Wood Magazine. The States do not fit together very well but it looks OK if you don't get too close.

I then have tried other types of projects and stumbled on Intarsia which interests me greatly. I decided I needed a better start so I took a class at Roberts Studio with Judy Gale Roberts and Jerry Booher in June. They turned out to be wonderful people, the class was great and I've made a couple projects since. I have all kinds of projects on my list and am looking forward to learning more from the folks here.

Now I'll shut up and 'listen'.

Yes pictures, no more posting for you until we can see what you've done. We are all constantly feeding each other pictures and ideas and suggestions and on and on.

This is an awesome place to hang out. There are quite a few REAL ARTISTS here so keep your eyes open.
