I removed the post about the laser-engraved patterns for sale. I apologize for not checking out the site in greater depth. I am uncomfortable with the concept of selling patterns even if it is included with the wood without proof that the person has the rights to sell those patterns.

Again, I apologize for allowing it to be posted without checking it out fully!

And you are one reason why we like this site so much Bob! I wondered about that . . . .

Good job BobD.....I wouldn't want this site to go down for any lawsuit or anything.

Bob
No need to apologize, you are doing your job and doing it well. That thread bothered me too, as you could tell from my response to him.

Thanks, Bob. You do a great job. With all you, Shannon and the rest do for this site, scroll sawing and woodworking in general we all appreciate it.

It sure looked like the OP joined the forum in an attempt to make money off us all. Who needs someone else to put the pattern on the wood and drill the holes for them? What's next? someone coming in here and offering to cut the projects out for us for a tidy sum?

Keep up the good work, Bob.

Good looking out Bob, It would be a real shame to have such a great site put in harms way due to a lawsuit. Good Job as Always

I'll be offering to draw the pattern on the wood, bring the wood to your house and cut the wood while eating your pizza and drinking your beer, and my fee will be $200 per day including that pizza, beer and a bed.

I don't think anyone should be selling anything here. It's a discussion forum. There's always the option of opening a new topic area specifically for selling and trading wood and tools, but I wouldn't want to be the one monitoring and being somewhat responsible for that room.
