| Another new member - Arizona Hi, I just sold the car that was sitting in the 3rd garage. Now I am turning that into a wood shop. I am mostly interested in things I can do with a scroll saw at this point, but plan to try any project that strikes me.
It looks like there are a lot of people here, and ideas to share. Sounds great!

| Hey Jim. Good name! Yup, the people here rock! No question too small. You've only got to ask and you'll get all kinds of great answers. I've been scolling for over 17 years and I still find things to learn here.
Make some dust and post the pics, (we love that here).
Welcome!

Welcome aboard, try looking through the galleries at all the things people have made, it impresses me everytime I venture there.
Have fun.

Tom | I'm in northwest Gilbert (Islands). I know your area. I have been to the sailport a couple of times and back in the day I went to Don Hoctors more than once.
Thanks to all the other 'welcomes' also. It will be a while before you see anything I make. I have to make the shop first before I can make anything...

| Welcome Jim, there is nothing like having a lot of room to work in. Plan your workshop well, I lay everything out on paper so as to utilize every inch of my space. Take your time and we will all be looking forward to seeing some of your work. In the mean time we are here to answer your questions. MIKE |
